About the V-4 Vertical 4-Track Porch Window

The V-4 is the go-to window for screen porch and sunroom enclosures where you want clear views, fresh air, and real weather protection — all in one unit. Unlike fixed glazing, the V-4’s memory vinyl panels slide on four independent tracks, so you can open as much or as little of the window as you want. On a nice day, stack all 4 panels at the top. When rain comes in, close it completely in seconds.

The heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame is electrostatically painted — it won’t peel, chip, or chalk like painted aluminum from lesser manufacturers.

Windows are custom made to your openings with widths from 12 to 65 inches and heights to 110 inches, depending on width. 1. What is a V-4 porch window?

A V-4 is a vertical 4-track sliding porch window with memory vinyl panels in an aluminum frame. It’s designed for screen porches and sunroom enclosures — providing weather protection and visibility with ventilation when open. It’s a popular alternative to Eze-Breeze and similar 4-track vinyl window systems.

2. Is this made to my exact size?

Yes. You provide your rough opening measurements and we manufacture the window to fit. Standard deduction is 1/4″ from both height and width to guarantee proper fit with room for the mounting fin.

3. How do I measure before ordering?

Measure your opening at three points in each direction — top, middle, and bottom for width; left, center, and right for height. Use the smallest measurement. Allow at least 7/8″ clearance around the perimeter for the mounting fin. Email us your sizes and we’ll send a written estimate before you commit.

4. What does “memory vinyl” mean?

Memory vinyl is a flexible, shatterproof vinyl material used for the sliding panels. It’s UV-filtering and impact-resistant — it won’t crack like rigid plastic, and it returns to shape after flexing. It’s commonly used in premium vertical 4-track systems like Eze-Breeze.

5. Can I return or cancel after ordering?

No. These windows are custom manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins. We send you a written estimate with all specifications for your approval before we start — so review it carefully before confirming.

6. What’s the difference between 3 vents and 4 vents?

At smaller heights, the window has 3 vinyl panels (vents). At taller heights, a fourth panel is added. The exact cutoff depends on width. 4 vents provide better airflow control and improved ventilation for larger openings.

7. What frame color works with which vinyl?

You can mix and match freely — frame color and vinyl color are independent choices. A common combination is White frame with Clear vinyl for maximum light, or Bronze frame with Bronze vinyl for a matching look. Color does not affect pricing.

8. Do you have door options too?
