To say we are THRILLED with the results of our three season room would be an understatement. We added ventless natural gas heating and now we enjoy the room all year. It has become the focal room in our home where we do all of our entertaining. We’ve been very happy with the end result, a fully-enclosed porch with the ability to get plenty of fresh air when the windows are fully open but still screened against bugs. The clear vinyl windows let in plenty of light and are hardly distinguishable from glass. Paul was easy to work with and gave us some good advice about where we should and shouldn’t consider using Porch Conversions products, and how to make sure we got the measurements right. When the windows arrived, there were a few pieces that were damaged in shipping, and Paul made sure we got replacements in a timely fashion. We are happy with the quality of the windows and tracks.

I want to thank Paul at Deck Builder Outlet, for all of his help and advice with my porch conversion project. We purchased our home with a screened porch several years ago. After a couple of winters, rain and wind, we could see all of the dirt and standing water in the porch and knew we had to do something.
I did a lot of research on porch window systems and determined the Porch Conversions Stacking Vinyl Windows was what I was looking for. Regarding the product, I wanted the spring side-loaded window design of the Porch Conversions system versus other systems that used pivot pins to get the windows out.
I contacted Deck Builder Outlet and spoke with Paul. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a good price. Additionally, he came up with a great solution for my door that needed to swing into the porch.
We love the look of the windows and the ease of operation. It held up to 50+ mile gusts and kept the room rain free and clean.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I am enjoying the windows. As you can see from the dog bed on the floor, my Great Dane also is loving it. One of the true advantages is, no more covering everything up because of pollen season.
Working with Deck Builder Outlet was a great experience. Since I was taking on this project myself, I had a million questions. Paul was more than patient with me. He explained everything I needed to know down to the smallest detail. At one point I was somewhat overwhelmed and contacted 2 different companies for a quote. I found out real fast that Paul explained things to me that the other 2 companies didn’t even mention. I was not comfortable with what they said they would do and their price wasn’t even close to what I paid to Deck Builder Outlet.

We absolutely love our windows and they were exactly what we were looking for. We started off just wanting a screened in gazebo but after discovering your windows what we ended up with was more than we ever imagined! It is now affectionately called the “tiny house”. We can hang out, eat, watch tv while still enjoying the outdoors. We have been through two hot summers, two cold OH winters and these windows still look brand new. First of all I want to say we LOVE our Deck Builder Outlet vinyl windows and you will NOT go wrong ordering these. We wanted our back porch to be open for a view, but we also wanted to let as much air in as possible during the warmer months. These windows can be lifted up from the bottom, down from the top, or completely removed with screens left up, and they are also easy to clean. Paul was a delight to deal with from day 1.
We needed a darker tint for 1 area because of evening sun, what a wise choice that was with the help of Paul giving advice of what they have to offer. Windows came packed perfect and delivered in the time frame expected.
Family and friends have seen these, & also closed in their back porches as well with these windows.
